Charming rooftop vibes await!

The location was perfect for exploring Merida, with several charming cafés nearby. The rooftop area provided a unique spot to unwind and enjoy fine views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room lacked adequate natural light, feel somewhat closed off. The water pressure in the shower was disappointing, impacting the overall experience.

Good and marvellous position, we appreciated staying here.

The room I had lacked natural light, opening only to the internal patio, which gave it a bit of a cave vibe. There was an odd smell lingering in the room, and service during breakfast was slow, taking much longer than expected due to insufficient staffing-a lone employee juggling duties as both waiter and cook.

The pool area was definitely a highlight. The reception staff could use some improvement-had a bit of trouble with them a couple of times. Location rocked with cafes nearby!

Cute during my three-night stay. The room was decent and the pool area was nice but could use some maintenance. The location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants, although noise could be an issue at night from the street.

The rooms here are very spacious, quiet, and come with hypo-allergenic pillows plus a private bathroom.

The location is super convenient, right near the historic center with cute coffee shops and parks just around the corner! I loved the comfy bed; it really helped after a long day of meetings. The rooftop pool was also a nice place to unwind, offering some fresh air. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a noisy room with poor water pressure and a shower head that barely worked. Plus, it felt like a constant game of tag with the staff - communication was a mess since they didn't speak much English, and I got zero help with my complaints.

The double room was bright with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and pleasant.
